According to Section 3.05 of Fairfield Electric Cooperative's bylaws, members that are not natural persons, such as corporations or partnerships, may designate one person to cast votes for the member at member meetings. The designation of a person to vote on behalf of a member that is not a natural person must be made on the form below, and the form must be received at the offices of the Cooperative no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, for the 2026 member meeting.

The designation of a person to vote on behalf of a member that is not a natural person must be made by an officer or director of the member entity, or by another person with the legal authority to bind the member. Only one designee may vote for the member, but an alternate may be named to vote in place of the principal designee.
